Cancellation: If you need to cancel an appointment, please be kind enough to give 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.                                                            Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers make wonderful gifts for these special occasions (birthdays, christmas, valentines, mothers/fathers day) or just to say "Thank You". Valid for 6 months. Courses: Pay for any 5 treatments in advance and recieve 1 free. Must be completed within 9 months. Are non-refundable.                                                                              Payment: We accept cash only.                                                                                Client Health: If at anytime your health or medication changes, please alert your therapist so they can make changes to your treatment.                                                          Treatment Time: A consultation and relaxation period is included in all treatment times. Packages: For treatments over 2 hours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

There is a call out charge of 5 euros if you wish for me to come to your home or hotel.
